Zhao Ying Transportation is a well-known domestic logistics and warehousing company, mainly providing transportation and warehousing services for refrigerated, frozen, and ambient goods. In this project design, the focus is on the planning of the office space to enhance comfort and convenience in the work environment.

 

Entering from the entrance connected to the outdoor area and passing through the right-hand side foyer, the first area is a semi-open employee office space. The office area is furnished with OA furniture, with workstations centrally positioned and custom bookshelves and storage cabinets on both sides for easy access to essential documents for staff. The retained walkways on both sides also facilitate movement and discussions among colleagues. The overall spatial flow is clear and well-defined.

 

Moving forward, you reach the meeting rooms and the reception area. The two meeting rooms are designed with partitioning according to the number of participants and the type of meetings, ensuring practicality while creating appropriate atmospheres for different meeting types.

 

Outside the meeting rooms, a small reception area is thoughtfully planned. The open design adds a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere to the reception area. To balance the spatial privacy of this area, the designer used partition walls and shelving to separate the two reception areas, allowing for comfortable and undisturbed use simultaneously.

 

The overall design style and color scheme primarily consist of earthy tones, complemented by warm and subtle pink accents, with the use of stable-colored OA furniture. The space is bright yet maintains a sense of calmness, showcasing a style that maximizes the available space in the office design.
